Find Markets and Understand Odds

Odds are displayed in three formats — Decimal, Fractional and American. bhalo generally shows odds in Decimal format, which is the easiest to calculate.

Example: Odds of 3.00 for Team A to win means a ৳500 bet returns ৳1,500 if they win (৳1,000 profit + ৳500 original stake); if they lose, ৳500 is gone.
If Team B is the favourite with odds of 1.25 (Fractional 1/4, American -400) — a ৳500 bet returns ৳625 if they win (৳125 profit).
What Do Odds Mean?
Odds are a numerical expression of the probability of an event occurring. The higher the decimal odds, the lower that team's chances of winning are considered to be — but the profit is also higher if they do win. A favourite team's odds are generally close to 1.xx.
In a limited-overs cricket match there is no draw — either Team A (2.10) or Team B (1.75) will win. A ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳1,750 if they win (৳750 profit); if Team A wins, ৳1,000 is lost.
Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bets
Selecting any market automatically adds it to the bet slip. With a Single Bet you place a wager on one selection. Enter the amount and press "Confirm Bet" to place it.
A Multi Bet or accumulator means placing multiple selections together in one bet — you only receive the full return if every selection is correct. For example, consider three selections with odds of 1.50, 1.70 and 1.90:

Combined odds = 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 4.84 (approx)
A ৳100 bet returns ৳484 if all selections are correct.
If any one selection is wrong, the entire ৳100 is lost.
A multi bet offers a higher return, but the risk is also higher — one wrong selection ends the entire bet.

Click on the odds of your chosen market — the selection will be added to the bet slip and highlighted.

If there are multiple selections, the multi bet tab activates automatically. You will see the combined odds.

Enter the stake amount — the potential return will be shown instantly.

Press the "Confirm Bet" button — the stake amount will be deducted from your balance.

Active bets can be seen in the "Open Bets" section; once settled they move to the "History" section.
Live Betting
You can also place bets while a match is in progress. Odds change every moment, so decisions need to be made quickly. Having live scores and statistics alongside makes it easier to decide.

Betting Exchange
A betting exchange works with two options — Back and Lay. If you BACK Team A at decimal 2.50, a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,500 before commission if they win; if they lose, ৳1,000 is gone. If you LAY Team A, you receive ৳1,000 if they do not win, but if they do win you must pay ৳1,500 — that is your liability.
Fishing and Other Games

Check Open Bets and Bet History
After placing a bet on bhalo, all information is stored in your account's "Bet History" section. There are two parts:
- Open Bets — Bets on matches or games still in progress are shown here. Updated in real time.
- Settled Bets — Once a match ends or a game round is complete, the bet moves here. Any winnings are automatically added to your balance.
- Date Filter — Use the date filter to view a list of bets from a specific period.
